CMARA Field Day 2014 Status
- Terry / W1TR Volunteered to be CMARA FD Chairman for 2014
- He presented the following DRAFT Field Day Organization Chart as a starting point for planning
- Several CMARA members were “drafted” to head up major Field Day functions
(hopefully they will accept the mission impossible assignments!) - These members are NOT expected to carry out the functions by themselves alone and are encouraged to
- Identify members to help out and
- create a plan for their functional area
- Each CMARA member is encouraged to volunteer to help for one or more of these functional areas
- Changes for May 2014
- W1REJ, N1EKO, N1ZC will manage GOTA Field Day Station
- WA1JXR will be at Field Day after all
- Clovis Padilha / KB1QZD offered the use of a portable compact 20m beam for 20CW on Field Day
- An Operator Request form has been created to allow operators to say when they would like to operate.
- CRITICAL: We need a Public Relations Director ASAP
- QUESTION: Is Scott / KB1EZF really going to be the Food Director???3¾4 Do we have a BACKUP?
